✅ Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You return the item within 30 days from the delivery date.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • The item was delivered correctly and is not damaged, but you changed your mind.

  • The item was used, washed, or altered in any way.

  • You provided an incorrect shipping address.


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@pallelisce.com


📦 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

📸 Proof Required

To speed up the refund or replacement process, we may ask you to provide:

  • A clear photo or video of the item showing the issue

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final sale items
